I've finished that restoration!
A week or so ago I posted a progress report of the damaged photo I've been working on.
Well, I've finally finished it to the customer's satisfaction (she's been a bit hard to please, actually).
I'd be lying if I said I was immensely happy with it, but it's certainly a big improvement.
