I love my Epson V700 scanner. Sometimes I wish it was bigger than A4, but apart from that, it does me proud.
Case in point ...
Last week I had to scan an 8x12" print (a film print, not digital), and reproduce it at 24x36". I've never had a print done that big before, either from scanner or camera, so I was a little nervous.
It turned out brilliantly! It didn't lose an ounce of sharpness, and the detail was perfect.
In fact, the guy at the lab who printed it was blown away when I told him it was a scan. He assumed it was a digital file from my wife's 5D Mark II!
So yeah, I love my Epson scanner.
